Advocacy and Partnerships

Kofi Annan is actively involved with a number of other organisations whose activities advance the objectives to which he is committed. These include agricultural development to improve food security and incomes in Africa (through the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa), implementation of the UN Millennium Development Goals and delivery of global commitments to support Africa’s advancement (through the Africa Progress Panel), emerging humanitarian challenges, such as the human face of climate change (through the Global Humanitarian Forum) and good governance (through the Prize Committee of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation).
